Faith That Holds On — Trusting God in Uncertain Times
Bible Text: Proverbs 3:5–6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…”
Uncertainty is a part of life. There are seasons when prayers seem unanswered, plans fall apart, and the future feels unclear. In moments like these, faith is not about having all the answers—it’s about holding on to God even when you don’t.
Faith Is a Choice
Faith is not the absence of fear; it is choosing to trust God despite fear. Trusting God means surrendering control and believing that He knows the way—even when the path ahead is hidden.
God Is Still in Control
When life feels chaotic, remember that God is not confused, surprised, or overwhelmed. He is sovereign. What feels like delay may be preparation. What feels like loss may be redirection.
How to Strengthen Your Faith
- Stay rooted in God’s Word
- Pray honestly—God can handle your questions
- Surround yourself with believers who will encourage you
- Reflect on past victories and testimonies
A Church That Stands Together
As a church family, we are called to walk together through seasons of uncertainty—praying, encouraging, and lifting one another up. Faith grows best in community.
No matter what you are facing today, remember this: God is faithful, and He will never let you go.
Prayer:
Father, help us to trust You fully, even when we don’t understand. Strengthen our faith and remind us that You are always with us. Amen.

Thank you for this reminder about serving others. It's so easy to get caught up in our own lives and forget about those around us.
